This morning at 5am, the white car's alarm went off. My brother ran down the hallway simultaneously yelling, "someone's jackin' our car!!!". We all woke up and ran outside. No one was stealing our car....they just crashed into it. The white car was hit with such impact that it moved 90 degrees and up into our yard. Oh, what a mess. To top it off, the guy started to drive away, but Dad glared him down as Mom squinted to get his license plate number. He stopped and we called the police.
When he got out of his car to talk to Dad, well...he was definitely intoxicated. We watched as the officer asked him to take 10 steps in a straight line. He took one step forward...and three steps left. The police officer cuffed him and took him to jail. Oh boy! What a morning...
