I LOVEEEE Peanut Butter. I LOVE it even more on my pancakes!!! Thank you Zack for introducing me to such a delicacy. So, I just found this fabulously delicious recipe for Sour Cream Banana Pancakes. The link is below. Mmm...and then you add the maple syrup on top! Oh, these babies are DELICOUS!!! The only thing I changed was from 3T white sugar, I substituted 1 T for brown sugar. Then, instead of lemon zest (which, I am sure would be wonderful), I added 1/2 tsp almond flavoring. Oh...MMMmmmmm!
