So, my mom LOVES these cookies. When I am making them, all I can think about is Edmund from Narnia eating Turkish Delight. I know these aren't Turkish Delight, but they are so chewy and delicious that, I'm positive, they must be chocolate Turkish Delights :-) They are rolo cookies and this is the EASY way to make them! Enjoy!
Rolo Cookies
Mix together:
1 box Devil's Food Cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
Put 1 rolo in each little cookie:
(You'll need 1 bag mini rolos)
Roll in Powdered Sugar
Bake at 350'F for 8 minutes until they JUST crack on the sides.
