WINNER!!! Brazilian Lemonade

Just got the best compliment from my Dad about this. He said, "This is outrageously good!" Thanks Dad! I live to excite his palate! :-) So, here's a winner recipe for today:

Brazilian Lemonade

1. Place in Blender and pulse 5 times until the lime pulp is mashed up. (I used a VitaMix Mixer on Low-level 7 and turned the blender on and off 5 times. Worked perfect.)

2. Use a strainer to pour the mixture into a pitcher. (This leaves all the ice chunks and lime peels out of the drink so you have a smooth Brazilian Lemonade.)

3. For FANCY drinking, take a lime wedge and rub it around the top of a glass. Dip the glass in a bowl of sugar for cool and yummy decoration. Freeze the glass until ready to use. Yum!!! Enjoy!!!

3 cups cold water
1-2 cups ice (I only did 1 cup and it was perfect)
3 TBS sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 limes, YES, LIMES (cut ends off, cut each lime into 8 wedges, and LEAVE PEALS ON! This adds
the extra flavor of the oil in the peels to the drink
)

Original Recipe from several sites. This seems to be a generic way to make it.
